We offer two types of delivery service:

Standard Delivery – FREE OF CHARGE – 7 to 12 days;

Premium Delivery – Room of Choice – 3 to 5 days at £35 (max. 4 items). All additional items will be charged with £11/item.

Exclusions: Please note the delivery charges previously quoted will not cover areas in N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and some remote UK postcodes. We do offer delivery services in the above-mentioned areas, however there is a delivery surcharge applied based on the order. Please contact customer service team if you live in these areas before placing an order.

Refund:

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items you've purchased in Clearance or Price Match events.

Returns:

We offer a comprehensive returns policy and we fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000

Any returns must be authorized by Verty Furniture so please make sure to email us your intention so that we can confirm it and be aware of your return.

You can make your return to our warehouse or Showroom. Once you have returned the goods back to us, we will process a refund within 7 working days. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. In some cases, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.
